Your purchase is complete. The next step is to enter your details so your personalised Human Design chart can be created.

Please fill out the form below using your full birth details. This includes your full name, date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth (city and country).

Your birth time needs to be as accurate as possible. Even small differences can change key parts of your chart, so if you’re unsure, take a moment to double check before submitting.

Once you’ve entered your details, your chart and 17 page report will be generated for you straight away. You’ll also be given a link to download your report.
